personality
[attr="class","profileboxscroll"]Johann can be considered a free spirit. usually laid back and easy going, he likes to spend most of his time drawing and being in his own little world. He is very polite, and usually addresses people he does not know as 'Miss' or 'Mister' as a form of respect towards them, and because of manners. He gets very excitable when introduced to something new, and sometimes that excitement tends to freak others out. Though he tries not to get too excitable, since magic tends to..well spark around him.
Like any normal child, he isn't very big on restrictions..like being told what he can and cannot do, but he isn't one for breaking the rules either so he'll just sigh and go to bed. Johann can be a bundle of contradictions...He's also very antsy when told to sit for a long period of time, he needs something to do and keep his mind active. Especially when out of class. Johann is a bit shy, with his odd ball personality he has hard time introducing himself and making friends. He is not outgoing, thinking that if people wanted to speak to him they would approach. This tends to make him come off as 'cold' to other children his age, when he isn't.
Though he comes off as childish, and naive about many things the boy is very loyal, especially to his siblings. He can be very open and affectionate with them, and he gets angry if people talk bad about them. People who aren't his family though...well, Johann isn't very open or talkative with them. During stressful situations he doesn't know how to voice himself, and tends to grow silent. This also gives him the appearance of being, well scary, since others his age are more open about themselves.

history
[attr="class","profileboxscroll"]Born to a very prominent and ancient Austrian Wizarding family from Styria, Johann Gustav Edelstein came into the world. He is the youngest of the Edelstein children, being born five years after Roderich and Marianne. Being the youngest, the boy soon realized that...he had to follow in the footsteps of his siblings.
Although unlike them, the boy had no inclination of being a 'perfect' little noble. It just wasn't for him, and he would usually day-dream or do his own thing. When he was old enough, his parents tried getting him to take to a musical instrument. Roderich was extremely talented at the piano, while his twin had her own calling of writing the music her brother would play. With that image in mind, the young Austrian found out something about himself.
Johann wasn't musically talented like his older siblings. Sure he could play a little tune on the piano, and he was quite good at the violin. But other then that his skills didn't compare, and it saddened him. The boy didn't grow bitter towards them, in fact his siblings Roderich and Marianne where his favorite older siblings and was usually trailing behind them. Sitting in the room and listening to them perform was a great past time for him. Sometimes though, the boy felt left out...the twins where closer then..well anything, and he wanted to be that close to them. To him, they where perfect and he tried imitating them.
He later found his strength though. In two things. While he would listen to his older brother play, he would be inspired and begin sketching and his little works seemed to have life in them. He was talented in using his hands, drawing scenes of the gardens or shadows of things from his dreams, that would oddly enough later come true. The second thing he was talented in..was that. He could see glimpses into the future, or the past. He keeps this to himself though, not wanting to draw attention to it. Besides, he only liked showing his brother and sister his drawings anyway.
Another way he differentiated from his siblings is..he doesn't really act snobbish; he was well spoken, polite and knew manners of course. But he usually didn't treat people any different from himself.
Besides his siblings, Johann enjoyed spending time with his distant cousins Vash and Lili, and he knew his brother was best friends with the blonde boy..so it was confusing why things changed..he didn't know about the argument, but he did know that they didn't visit Vash and Lili very often. It saddened him a little...
Later, when his siblings left for school-they being five years older then him- the boy felt alone, and it would be quite a few years before he could join them. He had missed hearing them talk, or trailing behind like a little puppy and doing things with them. He looked forward to when they would come home, or on break when they would bring a friend home.
Finally, when he turned twelve it was time for him to go to school. He chose Beauxbatons because he felt like spending time with Roderich...since the other was older, Johann sees him as a role model and thinks he is cool. Which is why he chose to go there, to be close to him.
After his arrival, he found that finally learning how to harness magic was..a fun new experience for him. Since he didn't have friends at home, the boy didn't get a chance to travel to new places. This was an adventure for him..and with the Triwizard tournament it is a welcome new experience for him. Though he knows that he is too young to compete, he thinks watching will be fun as well...

Revolution...Art...
In the distance, the young child was currently molding a piece of Art. Which was really a little ball, he hadn't really decided on what to mold it into yet. But that was the current shape stuck in his mind, the man having declared the round structure-him?- as a piece of art. The shape was forming in his small hands, wide violet eyes focused on his task. Though he didn't have to worry since none of the adults seem to notice him, or they just didn't bother to take a second glance.
Course if they did look at him they'd probably think him a homeless child. Which, he supposed he was, considering the place he called his 'home' was now off limits to go near. At first glance, he looked like a normal four year old. His long silver hair looked messy with little clumps of dirt woven in, from his hours playing and the dirt and making little clay projects. The white dress he'd woken up in reached a little past his knees, though it looked a little wrinkled and in need of a wash. Though on closer inspection he had some unique features; expressive violet eyes, a little gravity defying curl, and a tiny beauty mark near his left eye. And if the elder nation had noticed him, the boy looked a little like him. Finishing his little project, the four year old looked up to examine the crowd, the man who said he was his..'boss' or creator was giving a speech about the structure. ..Someone watching me? He wondered, the boy feeling as though someone had noticed him. Curiously scanning everyone to spot the source of the feeling he saw him. Blinking, KugelMugel tilted his head to take in the others appearance. Something was familiar to him...like he should know him, and they seemed to be alike. Is he like me?
Should he walk up to him? Should he introduce himself? Though the boy had no idea how to, since he didn't know how to speak properly. He could say his name, or the name he woke up knowing, but other then that everything was new to him. So, undecided on what he should do, KugelMugel sat there on his knees with his head tilted. Staring right at the man.
Who was he?
