Some thoughts...
Weapons:
Only specially designed laser tag wands are allowed within the arena. These wands only shoot certain spells (which one(s)?). In Survival Mode, these wands will automatically become useless once you have been hit a certain number of times.
Outfit:
No special outfit is required for Wizard Laser Tag, however, before entering the arena the moderator will cast a spell on each player. These will count how many times the player has been struck by the opposing team.
Modes:
Survival mode - each man for themselves; out once you've been hit a certain number of times and your wand will become useless
Team mode - timed round, with win based on whose team is hit the least
