Giants
Giants are very large humanoids that can grow up to around twenty-five feet tall. Some can be seen as extremely hairy human-like beings or just large humans. They, as a collective group, have their own language, culture, and societal structure, capable of learning other languages from humans. They are resilient creatures and most spells have very little to no effect on them.
Humans with giant ancestry exist within the world, able to use magic while also inheriting non-human traits such as a large body and spell resistance. Half-giants are also granted with a great physical strength from their non-human blood. However, there is a stigma within the wizarding community towards giants and half-giants.

Goblins
Goblins are a highly intelligent race of small hominids that co-existed with wizards. They are known for their cleverness as well as metal-smiths. They are able to perform their own type of magic and don't require a wand unlike humans.
The children between a goblin and a human are notability a lot shorter than the average person, and depending on how far down the bloodline they are, can lose goblin-traits such as pointed ears and a largely hooked nose. Children can also inherit that innate cleverness goblins exhibit.

Vampires
Vampire are a race of beings known for their particular taste for blood as well as their aversion to sunlight. They're known to be part of the Living Dead family.
There have been cases of part-vampires existing within the wizarding community, individuals that have both human and vampire ancestry. They often inherit very mild vampiric traits such as pale skin and a pronounced fangs, as well as some vampiric tenancies. Someone who is part-vampire can be adverse to light, but not to the intensity as their parents or ancestors. There have been no cases in the wizarding community of people becoming vampires through a bite or wound because people don't turn into vampires when bitten. However, the bites cannot be healed completely and will leave scarring behind, much like the wounds inflicted by a werewolf.
However there are differences between the kinds of vampires one might see in so say Belarusians when compared to your Welsh ones -- these difference are often reflected by the region's lore as well as culture. Like wizarding communities, not all vampire communities are the same as each other.

Veela
Veelas are a race of part human, part magical humanoids that are known for their ability to seduce many people. Full veelas are capable of using their own special brand of magic that requires no wand. When angered, they can transform into a creature with a bird like creature with a beaked head and scaly wings from their shoulders. Male veelas exist within society, however it is the female counter-parts that are more widely known about.
Part-veelas inherit the magical ability from one of their parent and the beauty and charm of the veela-parent.

Werewolves
Those who contact "Lycanthropy" (or rather 'werewolfry' as the author of The Essential Defense Against the Dark Arts would have prefered) are not considered a separate species, but rather individuals under a condition or disease. One cannot prevent the monthly transformations, but they can drink the Wolfsbane Potion to retain their human mind while under the transformation.
There is no causes of a 'half-werewolf' existing, and the child of someone who is a werewolf will not inherit the illness. Those who are bitten by a werewolf, when the saliva and blood comes into contact, the victim will become a werewolf themselves. Individuals injured by a werewolf while at their human form will only gain werewolf-like tendencies such as a fondness for rare meat.
Do note however, that if a student or professor that is a werewolf arrives into Hogwarts, every faculty member will be informed about the secret. The individual will be required to keep this a secret to not prevent other students, parents, and guardians from panicking.
